So, I'm sick and I just took two nyquil and I'm trying not to pass out. I'm going to go and look on youtube for some type of blush, one of the only two things I'm looking for now. I will probably post it tomorrow since I'm takin' the day off. I just wanted to touch base with you.

Ok last post of the night

I just wanted to share my two looks that I'm going for makeup wise.

The first look is Rihanna - I'm looking mostly at the blue and green eyeshadows and leaning towards that for my inspiration (hence the urban decay flipside pencil). We'll see how it turns out.

The second look is Nia Long - I love this look on her, since I'm pretty much the same complexion



I'm not sure about the bright pink lipstick on me, but I love the eyes.

Haul Continuation - I'm not sure why this posted like this

So I went to a few places today, mac, sephora, the body shop and bath and body works a bought a few items. I'm really excited about trying everything especially the Mac Studio Fix +. I'm not really sure how this stuff works but I'm sure I'll figure it out overtime. Here is my mini-haul pics coming soon.

Tell me how to get this look!!

I'm really focusing my attention on how my skin can be all one complexion (including my knees and elbows) and I came across this picture of these sisters who's skin is absolutely flawless. I really want to get my skin in this shape before the summer time. Oh, and I love the hair and outfits for both. Any suggestions?

Sitting here with my henna!!

So I'm sitting here on the couch with my henna in my hair, and I'm gonna be here for another 4 hours or so. It doesn't really matter though because I'm so relaxed. I might even go to sleep soon. I'm pretty tired, I may or may not post pics.

Oh yeah, plus I got my new chanel glasses I'm going to pick up later, and I'm in desperate need of getting my eyebrows done!

I got my henna!!

So I ordered some Jamila Henna courtesy of CN. I'm so excited to try it out. I'm gonna try it this weekend and hopefully all is well.

Makeup Mini-Haul

I think that's what it's called. Anyway I really wanted a bronzer and I found this black radiance bronzer in summer shimmer. I also bought a wet n' wild kabuki powder brush, I'm thinking I'm just going to dab the brush in the bronzer and see what it looks like. Hopefully I'll look ok.

So I'm Back!!!

This blog is to keep up with what I'm doing in my life. I'm 24 years old and I feel the time has come to become a beautiful woman and step into my own. I'm taking better care of myself and that's all I can do.

I'm currently transitioning to natural hair (8 months post) and I would love to receive any (good) advice that you may have, I know it takes a lot of work to properly care for your hair especially if it's damaged, and I'm ready to take that plunge. Oh yeah, and if you have any makeup tips please feel free to share. I mostly watch you tube for all of my makeup tips.
